AIRS — AI 権利スペクトラム

01 · 定義

AIRS is the conceptual model underneath AICR and AILP: it holds that AI use of content cannot be governed by a single allow/deny bit. Reading, summarizing, retrieving, transforming, fine-tuning, training, and redistributing are different acts with different depths, uses, and economic weight. AIRS arranges them as a spectrum of levels, each of which can be separately permitted, priced, conditioned, and audited — making rights proportional, use-specific, and trackable. AIRS governs the content-and-learning rights plane only; it does not extend into whether an Agent may act on external systems (AARS) or who authorized that Agent (AADP).

02 · 目的

• 「オープンかクローズドか」という誤った二分法を、段階的な AI アクセスレベルに置き換えます。
• パブリッシャーが浅いレベルでは最大限オープンであり続けながら、深いレベル(訓練、再配布)を留保できるようにします。
• AICR の宣言と AICL のライセンスが参照する共有語彙を提供します。
• 各レベルを独立に監査・価格づけできるようにします。

05 · 限界

• 8 つのレベルは研究モデルです — 現実世界の権利には、より細かい、あるいは異なる区分が必要かもしれません。
• レベルの順序は典型的な深さ/経済的重みを表すもので、法的階層ではありません。
• AIRS は権利のセマンティクスを記述するものであり、それ自体が遵守を強制・検証するわけではありません。
• v0.1.1: reaching Level 7 on this spectrum still says nothing about Agent action rights or authority — a full Agent workflow may need independent compatibility across AIRS/AILP, AARS, and AADP.
