AICR — AI ସାମଗ୍ରୀ ଅଧିକାର

01 · ପରିଭାଷା

AICR is a machine-readable rights declaration layer. It lets a publisher state — per site, per path, or per resource — whether AI systems may read, summarize, quote, retrieve (RAG), transform, train on, commercially use, or redistribute content, and under which conditions such as attribution, retention limits, or contact-based licensing. Where robots.txt only says "crawl or don't", AICR carries the semantics of rights. Content Permission ⇏ Agent Action Authority: an AICR grant over content does not by itself authorize an Agent to write to a database, publish, execute code, or transact — see AARS and AADP.

02 · ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟ

• robots.txtର ଦ୍ୱିଆଧାରୀ ଅନୁମତି/ଅସ୍ୱୀକୃତିକୁ କ୍ରମବର୍ଦ୍ଧିତ, ବ୍ୟବହାର-ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦିଷ୍ଟ ଅନୁମତି ସହିତ ବଦଳାନ୍ତୁ।
• ସୃଷ୍ଟିକାରୀ ଏବଂ ପ୍ରକାଶକଙ୍କୁ ପଠନ ଓ ଉଦ୍ଧୃତି ପାଇଁ ଖୋଲା ରହିବା ସହିତ ପ୍ରଶିକ୍ଷଣ ଏବଂ ବାଣିଜ୍ୟିକ ଅଧିକାର ସଂରକ୍ଷଣ ପାଇଁ ଏକ ମାନକ ଉପାୟ ଦିଅନ୍ତୁ।
• AI ସିଷ୍ଟମମାନଙ୍କୁ ଅନୁପାଳନଶୀଳ ସାମଗ୍ରୀ ବ୍ୟବହାର ପାଇଁ ଏକ ଆବିଷ୍କାରଯୋଗ୍ୟ, ଅଡିଟଯୋଗ୍ୟ ଆଧାର ପ୍ରଦାନ କରନ୍ତୁ।
• AICL ଲାଇସେନ୍ସିଂ ପ୍ରବାହ ଯାହା ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାରୀ ହୁଏ ସେହି ଅଧିକାର ଭିତ୍ତି ଭାବେ ସେବା କରନ୍ତୁ।

• AICR ଏକ ଘୋଷଣା, ପ୍ରବର୍ତ୍ତନ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ନୁହେଁ — ଅନୁପାଳନ ନିର୍ଭର କରେ AI ସିଷ୍ଟମମାନେ ଏହାକୁ ମାନିବାକୁ ବାଛନ୍ତି (କିମ୍ବା ମାନିବାକୁ ବାଧ୍ୟ ହୁଅନ୍ତି) କି ନାହିଁ ତାହା ଉପରେ।
• ଏହା ଏକ ଖୋଲା ଗବେଷଣା ଖସଡ଼ା, ଗ୍ରହଣ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ଶିଳ୍ପ କିମ୍ବା ଆଇନଗତ ମାନକ ନୁହେଁ।
• ଏହା ନିଜେ କପିରାଇଟ୍ ବିବାଦର ସମାଧାନ କରେ ନାହିଁ କିମ୍ବା ଏକ ଘୋଷଣାର ଆଇନଗତ ଭାର ପରିଭାଷିତ କରେ ନାହିଁ।
• ଫିଲ୍ଡ ନାମ ଏବଂ ଅର୍ଥ ଖସଡ଼ା ସଂସ୍କରଣ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତିତ ହୋଇପାରେ।
• v0.1.1: an AICR grant does not imply Agent action or authority — content, action, and authority are three separately evaluable planes (AICR/AICL, AARS, AADP).
