01 · વ્યાખ્યા
AICR is a machine-readable rights declaration layer. It lets a publisher state — per site, per path, or per resource — whether AI systems may read, summarize, quote, retrieve (RAG), transform, train on, commercially use, or redistribute content, and under which conditions such as attribution, retention limits, or contact-based licensing. Where robots.txt only says "crawl or don't", AICR carries the semantics of rights. Content Permission ⇏ Agent Action Authority: an AICR grant over content does not by itself authorize an Agent to write to a database, publish, execute code, or transact — see AARS and AADP.
02 · હેતુ
- robots.txt ના દ્વિઆધારી અનુમતિ/નિષેધનું સ્થાન ક્રમિક, ઉપયોગ-વિશિષ્ટ અનુમતિઓ લે તેમ કરવું.
- સર્જકો અને પ્રકાશકોને વાંચન અને ટાંકણ માટે ખુલ્લા રહીને તાલીમ અને વ્યાવસાયિક અધિકારો અનામત રાખવાની પ્રમાણભૂત રીત આપવી.
- AI સિસ્ટમોને અનુપાલિત સામગ્રી ઉપયોગ માટે શોધી શકાય તેવો, ઓડિટપાત્ર આધાર આપવો.
- AICL લાઇસન્સિંગ પ્રવાહો જેની સામે અમલમાં આવે છે તે અધિકાર પાયા તરીકે સેવા આપવી.

- AICR એક ઘોષણા છે, અમલીકરણ તંત્ર નથી — અનુપાલન એ વાત પર આધારિત છે કે AI સિસ્ટમો તેને માન આપવાનું પસંદ કરે છે (અથવા તેમ કરવાની ફરજ પડાય છે).
- આ એક ખુલ્લો સંશોધન મુસદ્દો છે, અપનાવવામાં આવેલ ઉદ્યોગ કે કાનૂની ધોરણ નથી.
- તે પોતે કૉપિરાઇટ વિવાદોનું નિરાકરણ કરતું નથી અથવા ઘોષણાનું કાનૂની વજન વ્યાખ્યાયિત કરતું નથી.
- ફિલ્ડ નામો અને અર્થચ્છાયા મુસદ્દા સંસ્કરણો વચ્ચે બદલાઈ શકે છે.
