AIRS — एआय हक्कांची व्याप्ती

01 · व्याख्या

AIRS is the conceptual model underneath AICR and AILP: it holds that AI use of content cannot be governed by a single allow/deny bit. Reading, summarizing, retrieving, transforming, fine-tuning, training, and redistributing are different acts with different depths, uses, and economic weight. AIRS arranges them as a spectrum of levels, each of which can be separately permitted, priced, conditioned, and audited — making rights proportional, use-specific, and trackable. AIRS governs the content-and-learning rights plane only; it does not extend into whether an Agent may act on external systems (AARS) or who authorized that Agent (AADP).

02 · हेतू

• "उकतें वि. बंद" ह्या फट्या होय/ना बदला, एआय प्रवेशाचे वाडत वचपी थर दियात.
• प्रकाशकांक उथळ थरार जायत्या तिखेन उकते उरूंक दियात, तर खोल थर (प्रशिक्षण, परत-वाटप) राखून दवरचे.
• AICR जाहीरनामे आनी AICL परवाने ज्या शब्दावळीक निर्देश करतात ती वांटिल्ली शब्दावळ दियात.
• दरेक थर स्वतंत्रपणान ऑडिट करूं येवपी आनी दर लावूं येवपी करात.

• आठ थर एक संशोधन मॉडेल आसा — खऱ्या जगांतल्या हक्कांक चड बारीक वा वेगळ्या वांट्यांची गरज पडूं शकता.
• थरांचो क्रम सामान्य खोलाय/आर्थीक वजन दाखयता, कायदेशीर उतरंड न्हय.
• AIRS हक्कांचो अर्थ सांगता; तो स्वता अनुपालन अंमलांत हाडना वा पडताळना.
• v0.1.1: reaching Level 7 on this spectrum still says nothing about Agent action rights or authority — a full Agent workflow may need independent compatibility across AIRS/AILP, AARS, and AADP.
