AICR — ಎಐ ವಿಷಯ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳು

01 · ವ್ಯಾಖ್ಯಾನ

AICR is a machine-readable rights declaration layer. It lets a publisher state — per site, per path, or per resource — whether AI systems may read, summarize, quote, retrieve (RAG), transform, train on, commercially use, or redistribute content, and under which conditions such as attribution, retention limits, or contact-based licensing. Where robots.txt only says "crawl or don't", AICR carries the semantics of rights. Content Permission ⇏ Agent Action Authority: an AICR grant over content does not by itself authorize an Agent to write to a database, publish, execute code, or transact — see AARS and AADP.

02 · ಉದ್ದೇಶ

• robots.txt ನ ಬೈನರಿ ಅನುಮತಿ/ನಿರಾಕರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಹಂತಹಂತದ, ಬಳಕೆ-ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟ ಅನುಮತಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಿ.
• ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಕರ್ತರು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಕಾಶಕರಿಗೆ ಓದುವಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಕ್ತವಾಗಿ ಉಳಿಯುತ್ತಲೇ ತರಬೇತಿ ಮತ್ತು ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯಿಕ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳನ್ನು ಮೀಸಲಿಡಲು ಒಂದು ಪ್ರಮಾಣಿತ ಮಾರ್ಗವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿ.

05 · ಮಿತಿಗಳು

• AICR ಒಂದು ಘೋಷಣೆ, ಜಾರಿ ಕಾರ್ಯವಿಧಾನವಲ್ಲ — ಅನುಸರಣೆಯು ಎಐ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗಳು ಅದನ್ನು ಗೌರವಿಸಲು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡುವುದನ್ನು (ಅಥವಾ ಹಾಗೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯಗೊಳಿಸುವುದನ್ನು) ಅವಲಂಬಿಸಿದೆ.
• ಇದು ಮುಕ್ತ ಸಂಶೋಧನಾ ಕರಡು, ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡ ಉದ್ಯಮ ಅಥವಾ ಕಾನೂನು ಮಾನದಂಡವಲ್ಲ.
• ಇದು ಸ್ವತಃ ಕೃತಿಸ್ವಾಮ್ಯ ವಿವಾದಗಳನ್ನು ಬಗೆಹರಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಅಥವಾ ಘೋಷಣೆಯ ಕಾನೂನು ತೂಕವನ್ನು ವ್ಯಾಖ್ಯಾನಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
• ಕರಡು ಆವೃತ್ತಿಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಹೆಸರುಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಅರ್ಥಗಳು ಬದಲಾಗಬಹುದು.
