AICR — መሰላት ትሕዝቶ AI

01 · ትርጉም

AICR is a machine-readable rights declaration layer. It lets a publisher state — per site, per path, or per resource — whether AI systems may read, summarize, quote, retrieve (RAG), transform, train on, commercially use, or redistribute content, and under which conditions such as attribution, retention limits, or contact-based licensing. Where robots.txt only says "crawl or don't", AICR carries the semantics of rights. Content Permission ⇏ Agent Action Authority: an AICR grant over content does not by itself authorize an Agent to write to a database, publish, execute code, or transact — see AARS and AADP.

• ንናይ ክልተ-ኣማራጺ ፍቓድ/ክልከላ ናይ robots.txt ብደረጃ ዝወሰኹ፡ ብኣጠቓቕማ-ፍሉያት ፍቓዳት ትካእ።
• ንፈጠርትን ኣሕተምትን ስሩዕ መንገዲ ኣብ ምሓዝ መሰላት ስልጠናን ንግዳዊ ኣጠቓቕማን ሃቦም፡ ንንባብን ጥቅስን ግና ክፉታት ክጸንሑ እናኸኣሉ።
• ንናይ AI ስርዓታት ዝርከብን ዝምርመርን መሠረት ንተኸታታሊ ኣጠቓቕማ ትሕዝቶ ሃቦም።
• ከም መሠረት መሰላት ኮይኑ ፍሰታት ፍቓድ AICL ኣንጻሩ ተግባራዊ ዝኾኑ ኣገልግል።

• AICR ኣዋጅ እዩ፡ ኣይኮነን ናይ ስራሕ ላይ ምውዓል ኣገባብ — ተኸታታልነት ናይ AI ስርዓታት ንክኽብርዎ ምምራጾም (ወይ ምግዳዶም) ይምርኮስ።
• ክፉት ንድፊ መጽናዕቲ እዩ፡ ኣይኮነን ዝተቐበለ ናይ ኢንዱስትሪ ወይ ሕጋዊ ስታንዳርድ።
• ባዕሉ ግርጭታት መሰል ደራሲ ኣይፈትሕን ወይ ሕጋዊ ክብደት ናይ ሓደ ኣዋጅ ኣይትርጉምን።
• ስማት ሓፈሻን ትርጉምን ኣብ መንጎ ቨርዥናት ንድፊ ክልወጡ ይኽእሉ።
